With over twenty years of nursing experience, Michael Fragala currently serves as the Vice President of Clinical Solutions of a global healthcare company. A nationally recognized speaker, he emphasizes the vital role of frontline caregivers in program implementation. Michael has been contracted to develop and present continuing education courses on risk management and SPH considerations in wound care, collaborating with national healthcare leadership. As an adjunct faculty member at multiple universities, he has created and led curriculum in program management and comparative health systems. He is also a published author on falls management. Currently, Michael is focused on bridging the gap in SPH considerations for wound care as a member of the corporate advisory panel for NPIAP and as part of the education and bed egress workgroups for the s3i Initiative.
